I didn't understand any of that shit... Why was Obito whailing like a retarded fire truck through the whole chapter and shooting thorns or whatever but doesn't do that any more -.-
Why did they want to capture Rin? Why did Kakashi have to stab her, didn't he go back on his word and leave a friend behind? so lost...

Well, you see, when you lose a loved one you get the feeling of being useless or that you're in 'hell'..
I think he went into a mental state when he saw Rin's death and when he finally gained his senses he didn't know where he was .. ?
Or he was just rampaging through the enemy lines ?

What did madara say to him. That this world is hell and living in it is a lie so after he went on a rampage he realized what madara meant. And plus. I think obito knew why he killed rin which is why he said I won't acknowledge this and went nuts when they said get rins body

right then im here to explain my theory lol, kakashi had to kill rin.. (his best friend since obito was out the picture) so has now obtainted MS and since obito saw it im guessing he got it at the same time as u can see in the manga 
right then obito went mental because the one thing he wanted in life was to save rin, like you havent really heard much about what happend to obito or anything but every time he wants to just protect rin, but he couldnt do that so he kills all of the bloody mist ninja with wood style he has got from the half of him he got from the tree at madara's cave.
and because of all of his hatered right now he thinks he is in hell and this next bit is just a guess but i saw black trees im guessing his hatred has mixed with the wood style to make the black zetsu ? im guessing ? i dont really know tbh but i think thats pretty logical ..

It's simple physc 101. When you experiance great losses there's always the chance that the mind shuts down, it's been proven in case studies. He was traumatized and hence the shut down. The same with Sasuke when he fought Itachi as a child. His mind shut down, he passed out, and didn't remember he'd awakened his eyes way back as a child.
