Please, and I really do mean please, tell me how tf Biju power is hereditary?? I see some users saying Boruto has all the Biju chakra... And Byakugan (even though Kishi himself stated he forgot to give them Byakugan)... This is bothering me, did I skip something in the manga??

The facial marking are due to Kurama being in Naruto's genetic code from being in a jinchuriki's womb.

It's not as strong so they only have 2 whiskers. Their children will most likely have 1 or no markings at all.

Having bijuu chakra sometimes makes a person develop traits similar to said bijuu.

-Gaara has dark circles around his eyes like a tanuki because shukaku is one.
-Yagura has a scar running down his eye the same as Isobu.
-Kinkaku/Ginkaku and Naruto has whiskers.
-Minato's eyes turns to slits like a fox when he uses BM.

etc etc.

Indra inherited his father's powerful chakra while the sage was a jinchuriki of the juubi.

So kishi might reuse this idea. Actually that's all he ever does, reuse ideas.
