We know that tobi is obito and madara gave away his eyes b4 he met obito. madara never met nagato( or atleast nagato never saw madara) masked obito introduced himself as madara to pein and gave nagato madara's rinnengan.

Pein never knew who the real madara was and who was actually behind the mask... and tobi didnt tell nagato that he was supposed to bring back the real madara.

Nagato only remembered how he awakened the Rinnegan, so Madara probably didnt pop out and handed it over to him. But it wasnt Obito who did it. Wouldnt fit the time line as Nagato already had the Rinnegan before Obito was even born.

most of my points are accurate... ok im assuming that madara implanted them in nagato bt the fact is that nagato didnt know who the real madara was and he didnt know tobi's real identity plus the fact that he was suppose to ressurect madara
