[Question] Playing Naruto RPG for Dummies

Since the manga ended I have seen a decline on the updates of threads...
So I decided to start playing the RPG of Naruto here on the site...
But I have no idea how to do so...
Anyone want to help this fellow noob on his quest to become a shinobi?
