Alright guys, this is actually (or at least I believe) to be a pretty solid theory about the Sages mother herself.
My theory in a nutshell: Kaguya has possession of every Kekkai Genkai.

1) The possession of the Byakugan

By itself this may not seem too solid of an argument, but the Byakugan is possessed by only one clan, the Hyuga.
This being one of the most legendary and strongest, I feel Kishi mad a strong move making it apparent in her appearance. This gives the future reveal much more depth, and will probably open a spotlight for the Hyuga (Hinata and the recently deceased Neji in particular).

2) The possession of the Sharingan (Apparently the same eye as the Juubi)

Once again, by itself, this doesn't really hold its ground when making a large claim, but definitely deserves a mention. Some may argue that this is because she was the one who created the Uchiha (Kaguya->Sage->Indra) but I don't think so, if you ask me that's way to obvious for Kishi. This also being one of the strongest is why it was apparent in Kaguya.

3) Here name and the dots

The name "Kaguya" is one shared with both Kimimaro and the Sage's mother. Kaguya being Kimimaro's respective clan, the one in which he was the only survivor. Also the dots above the eyes, a trait shared by both, a trait that in my opinion, looks traditional. I feel as if there is a direct correlation between these two similarities. Almost as if they share them as well as other things, I just feel as if this heavily implies some kind of relation with Kaguya herself and the actual Kaguya clan.

Conclusion

This may seem relatively flimsy to be a buyable theory, but I can't see why else she'd have three of the strongest Kekkai Genkai as physical traits. The fact that she shares the three is intriguing, and I'd honestly be pretty upset if there turns out to be nothing there.

Thanks for reading! As always, feel free to leave any opinion that you like, I just ask that you aren't excessively rude, bye! :win:

PS: If the picture won't load, they were just images of both Kimimaro & Kaguya, sorry about that (uploaded from an iPad)

This theory is nothing but plausible. Think about it Kaguya was the first person to gain chakra, her sons were second third, and the sags sons fourth, and fifth. This means that every blood line limit, or kekei genkai would have to spawn from Kaguya.

Notice how there are common everyday people in Naruto that you've never seen use chakra. I believe it's because they can't. These people are the ones who aren't descendants of Kaguya. It would seem everyone who can use ninjutsu had to descend from Kaguya somehow, or it could be that Ashura transferred chakra into people. Notice in the previous chapter he has an army behind him, and a lot of them were around his age now this would also make sense because at the time only descendants of Kaguya should only contain chakra in their bodies. I doubt Ashura would wage war against Indra with useless people who have no chakra flow, and therefor cannot use ninjutsu. He may have transferred chakra into them using ninshuu, kinda like the way Naruto used the Kyuubi cloak to transfer his chakra into the shinobi alliance. This would make sense, but I don't see how any of those people could obtain kekei gankai since he's just transferring basic chakra into them, and not part of his DNA. Unless those people evolved over time somehow gaining kekei gankai. I still agree though that anybody with a kekei gankai had to be a bloodline descendant of Kaguya, hence the rarity of a kekei gankai. I'm just throwing out other plausible theories to show both sides of the argument. Your theory makes most sense though.
