Could plastic surgery be the future of the following generation?

In the future, will undergoing plastic surgery be the same as doing make-up I mean just as easy and fast. Won't it be hard to tell age and will that affect our relationships? In the near-future you could wake up and find out that your girlfriend is 40 something

I'm really sceptical about where it's going. Recently everyone is doing it and in a few years it's going to be as convenient as walking across the street and getting your face done things on to look prettier. (Personally, I'm afraid I won't have a girlfriend with freckles)

Anyways, what are you thoughts on plastic surgery. Do you think it's good or bad? If you're/were a girl, if you had a couple more dollars in your pockets would you go for one so you can catch bigger fish?

I don't think its that popular as of right now since many people (as in most woman) are talking about going natural. That would most likely change if our health becomes a major concern and it effects our appearance.

The only problem I see is the possibility of dating a trans and not know it. Besides that, as of right now, I still see plastic surgery as a luxury in which only the affluent can escape to. So middle America will lag behind this "trend". For a long while. Just so we are clear, celebrities don't count for a majority of the country. However, they are the ones making it acceptable and something to strive for.

As long as prices stay as they are, it won't dramatically increase. The cosmetic surgeons want to get paid. Also, insurance doesn't cover that right? Because it's elective or something.

And freckles will come in style when a celebrity flaunts artificial ones. So a freckle GF will still exist just not a natural one.

I don't care but I always think working out is enough. If a chick wants more attention go for it. As long as she pays for it and not the male she will dump as soon as she is "perfect"

It would be scary if it would become a new normal, I imagine it being private clinics doing it, imagine if they are just shady business people and you get injured from it cus they are not professional.

It doesn't seem to be getting more popular in Canada. Also, people are afraid of the risks, price to consider, and whether or not they botch it up.
