At one point i though Nagato was the leader of akatsu and his plan was to create a powerful jutsu from extracting the tailed demons from ther host and world peace thru fear... And now the leader is Tobi... or Madara as he say. I still dont really get his plans yet and if his gonna use the tail beast for his plans... At times i think they had diferent plans and one of them was gonna detray each other. Wat do u guys think?

i then the ultimate jutsu/weapon is to turn madara back to human or something O_O
after all madara was the one controling pein. i am sure the ultimate jutsu plan is actual madara's idea =/ he tricked pein to full fill them
