Anyways, i am not really sure where to start so i might as well start with offensive techniques?

The way i see it,there are three kinds of offensive jutsu.

-The Justu that use the ground as a medium,or travel over the ground,such as a earth wave.This Jutsu can usualy all be countered or avoided by the opponent using the same jutsu,or simply moving high into the air.
-The jutsu that are simply projectiles,such as blades bullets and beams.Easily avoidable and easily countered,they can also be sent back at you,eg if you use a measly D rank fire ball,and your opponent uses the S rank sphere justu,the D rank will probably just coat his wind and make it stronger,since the difference in momentum and power would be significantly large.
-The Jutsu that damage your opponent by changing their immeadite surrondings,such as creating a swamp or spikes beneath them,water or earthen lids above them,causing a tornado to come down from above them.

The Jutsu that effect your opponents immeadiatly surrondings usuauly quite large and are extremely useful,and harder to counter when used in combonation,if you were to cause spikes to rise from beneath your opponent,they would do one of two things,avoid the jutsu using something like Hurricane fist,or even creating a rampart beneath them to lift them up from the spikes into saftey.Or they would destroy the pillars in their immeadiate vicinity,through the use of a lightning jutsu that would emenate from all around their body such as lightning strike armour and chidori nagashi.They could destroy it with a lightning jutsu that uses the ground as their medium of course theres other posibilities,but most of them rely on the fact that your opponent has a unique KG or ability.This leaves like a 2/3 chance that they will use lightning so of course you may think to either use a wind jutsu that will strike them from above, such as severing pressure, but a better option could be to use Storm Upheavel, why? Because then if your opponent were to use a lightning jutsu, the water would immeaditly soak them and the ground around them,its a known fact that electricity conducts in water,so there is a high chance,that their own lightning will play against them,the water causing the lightning to conduct back on them and shock them.Also in the chance that they use Hurricane fist on the ground to escape,they have the obstacle of the water right above them,thus your enemy would still suffer impact injuries,so that leaves escape via ground and air out.
If theres a swamp beneath them,using hurricane fist or earth moving core to launch them in the air would provide them with the obstacle of the water above them,then blowing themselves to the side or forwards wont help much either,seeing as it would be a weakened transportation,since hurricane fist would need resistance from a solid or liquid,to apply the same force upon you to thrust you in the opposite direction,so Swamp of the Underworld and Storm Upheaveal could be a viable option.
Of course your opponent would still be alive,so then this is where you could use the "Projectiles",a fast moving projectile could be useful here such as lfalse darkness spear, but depending on what elements your opponent knows,and how you think he may react,or how he has already reacted,you may want to use something to once again take advantage of the situation such as a larger projectile instead of the more concentrated false darkness spear.Always think carefully before using Projectiles,as they can often backfire,or simply make the battle boring,eg you and your opponent continously exchanging projectiles,it leaves for a battle with very little imagination,and usualy ends up in the spammage and nukeage of S ranks

Note:This is the way i see things,i may have forgotten a few things,but hopefully this information will help you rather than hurt you. Always remember to have your own style,use the things that i am telling you and incorporate them into your style,dont incorporate your style around the things i am telling you.

Now Incorporate this into your brain and come at me.

Note II: I realise you may not be able to use all of these right now,but in time you will be able to,i will also cover things that are more suitable for your ranks later O_O.

As i see scaze in the battle field i gather my chakra and clap my hands to release a gale palm toward you then as i release the gale palm i clap my hands again but this time i summon a sprilling vortex above you so you cannot go upwards then as the gale palm and sprilling vortex of water are heading toward you i gather my chakra and make stone spikes under where you are standing.

Their speed, power, and ability to wound or even kill are all increased several times.

Description: The user After performing the required hand seals Ram → Tiger spits out high-viscosity, chakra infused water, aimed at a surface of wide scope. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.

Descripton: This technique allows the user after claping their hands together to make a spiralling vortex of water out of knowhere. The vortex then proceeds to explode from the top in the form of a wave. The user can also control the direction the wave goes with hand movements.

I dont even know if you read what i wrote,let alone if it sunk in but i guess ill continue anyway.

Movement and Terrain

Movenemt is especialy good,while doing your jutsu,try to incorporate movement into your turns. Change the ranges up,such as running to the left,meaning that with each step your getting further from your opponent,or creating clones,and causing two of them to run in a wide arc towards your enemy to flank him from the side,this would allow you to attack your opponent from three different directions simaltaneously with "Projectiles" To the left in their periphial vision,from the right in their periphial vison,and directly infront of them,however chances are your opponent would simply escape to the sky,which is where what i said earlier can be incorporated for best effects. Try and always trap your opponent,attacking from above behind and infront/below all at once through the use of clones can be a good idea.However you would have to make sure you used a Jutsu that used the ground as a medium if you were to attack from infront instead of below,preventing your opponent from escaping into the ground,also try to mix up the elements,if you attacked him solely with earth jutsu B rank and below,chances are the enemy will simply phase into the earth tehcniques.Also if you are constantly moving in your battle,it would mean that time between arrival of jutsu would be longer or shorter,which can play to both your advantage or disadvantage,giving you more time to react or your opponent less time to react, or vice versa.

However,rather than attacking your opponent from all different sides to prevent escape,you may want to pick a useful terrain at the start of the battle to use to your advantage.
For starters if the terrain was a plain cave corridor,with a low stacilite covered ceiling , and very little space between its widthwards parrallel sides,and its legnth only ammased to mid range,with you and your enemy at either side of the corridor,this restricts your opponents movement,meaning that you could simply spam projectiles,and of course he would only be able to spam them back,however this would be a extremely boring fight,so rather than spam projectiles you use either category 2 or 3 Using jutsu that use the earth as their medium if you used spikes in this sitation,their only option would be lightning,unless of course they intend to crash into the ceiling by using hurricane fist,thus following up with water would be a good idea,if you were to use swamp of the underworld, one of the options your opponent might take, is to cause a platform to arise from the swamp at which point using lightning burial banquet could be a good idea to destroy their platform. Your aim here would be to force your opponent into a sitation where he would exhaust all of his options,of course they would be trying to do the same to you,so there would still be some level of challange.
Of course theres otherways to change the terrain to your advantage,however they require move(s) to set up.
