Mei's Acidic Mud is okay. Volcanized rubber would be second on my list. And Kurotsuchi's quicklime is capable but looks disgusting coming out of that cute mouth of hers.

Though tbh, I find "spitting" mud just really f*cking bizarre. No idea how that works, at least fire breathing is plausible/workable in the realms of realism and fantasy... it has a base, but splitting earth just... bleh, nope, doesn't work for me.
