Naruto- Yep, I'm putting him on this list because of clones and Rasenshuriken. His method of using clones to create jutsu as powerful as Rasenshuriken puts him as a prodigy.

Sasuke- Although I hate putting him on this list, people will throw a fit if I don't. He's battle smart.

Neji- Speaks for itself. Was even called the prodigy of the Hyugga clan. Taught himself the rotation technique.

Shikamaru- Again, extremelly intelligent. Will arguably become the smartest in the shinobi world.

Lee- My personal choice. Nearly perfected taijutsu, his hard work and determination speaks for itself.


I didn't include the obvious winners like Minato and Itachi.

It's proved over AND OVER again, I've only picked a handful of panels. He's always called a genius, he always learns quickly.

Naruto can't even perform Rasengan properly - he can't use it with 1 hand. He had to find a cop out.

Besides, Sasuke is smarter than Naruto and overall more skilled.
