how do i pick a element? the guides say at genin, you can pick your first element but how do i do that.

Earth, Wind, Lighting, Fire & Water.
You don't have to make a thread about it, nor to make your selection public, it's something you only decide and chose and then search for a sensei who is able to teach you the element you selected.
