These abilities are interesting and very hard to choose but I'm going with the first one, Super Speed.

I like telekinesis but it'd be hard to keep it a secret if I ever decided to move something that people would obviously notice. I think I'd have to choose telepathy because you could go your whole life without anyone else knowing you had the power.
