Here's my list, I want to make it realistic, so I picked people who would actually side with Sasuke.
EMS Sasuke(replacing Naruto)
For intelligence, Edo Itachi(replacing Kakashi)
For brute strength and close combat, Jugo(replacing Guy)
For a giant assistor, Manda v1(replacing Bee)

Not a must, but he's the top partner you want to go up against Tobi with. Tobi is not invincible.
