Guys, remember when I said that Pica is vice captain and that he's stronger than Vergo?

I got insulted and recieved qualing that Vergo is better because he can use full body Haki.

Now we see pica and Vergo both have full body, but pica has an OP devil fruit on top of that.

It's the combonation of Haki and his DF That makes him stronger and a higher rank.
It would be logical for Vergo to have better CoA scince that's what he's acknowledged for.

Fullbody haki has nothing to do with the quality of ones haki though, as Zoro proved this chapter

Vergo in all his glory still couldn't put down Sanji, only a tiny fracture.

Vergo wasn't even using Haki, Rokushiki or his Bamboo, not to mention it's not even like Vergo specializes in his legs or anything. Vergo could have broken Sanji in that fight.
