i dont know much about OP but i think its pretty fundamental that you don't need to have a logia DF just to extend arms

Not the same thing. Luffy is made of rubber. Pica isn't made of rocks. He assimilate them

yeah i get that XD but from what i just read it seems like he can "manipulate" the rocks he assimilates with which would explain the stretching. i imagine that's also why hes bigger when he uses its abilities.

its like he uses the stones themselves as an extender to reach further since he can manipulate all stone.
