This is completely honest, i thinks pretty much a 9, all the proportions are good and the shadows work effectively the way uve done them, i can see that you have done it with texter or marker but i would have given it ten if the hair had some depth to it. Sorry if it was too honest

Sorry, I'm harsh, but I'd give it a 5 for effort. The lines are a bit sloppy. The hair wasn't completely blocked in, and as the person above said, it needs more depth, or volume. I thought the proportions were slightly off, the nose didn't look right, and the chin area needed a better shape. It doesn't really look like Sasuke, but I can tell you tried. Keep working on it, and I'm sure one day you'll excel.
