I'm making another sig but I have a question. How can I get this border effect?

Like the brushed border?

Making the abstract brush pattern on a layer and then using a vector mask on the sig...

You could have asked me, after all I created the original which you are using as an example. To create this effect, I use a set of Brush Stroke brushes and make a pattern I like, then use clipping masks to place the image within the shape.
