Sorry to keep spamming the help section, but I was watching a beginners smudge tutorial and I ran into a issue.. How do I remove the bars around my render?

Select > Deselect .

 

[S A G E]

Click the quick selection tool, right click on the image, then chose deselect.
That's how I do it.
