photoshop CS4 Extended

i know this is probably the wrong place but it is alone the type of subject, so i been meaning to download photoshop CS4 Extended and every time i find one it is never just a download, i got to go though some crap can anyone just explain the steps

Just sign up to adobe *it is free* then go to downloads and select adobe photoshop and u should be able to download ^_^

it took me about 5 mins to download but it might take u longer depending on ur internet connection.
