Photoshop CC help please?

I was making a gif, but found that I can't upload the layers. Heres what happens...

You must be registered for see images

I have reinstalled it already btw, and thanks in advance for any help I can get.

I can't load the frames as photoshop layers

Usually, its done by default...
Select the GIF you want to edit , right click, open with Photoshop...
If this does not work, open photoshop, import video frames to layer , and chose the GIF...
