i know photobucket is not the best but this thread is for pb users.
this is how the rainbow will look like:
first click edit on your image that you want.
2: go to color rotate
3: click on advanced options, then focal area
4: make the area big first and make sure there is fade.
5: pick your color you want to change
6: keep making the circle smaller each time
7: do it until you're happy with it
thats basicly it
