Even if there is one, it's been there for a long time. The new rules clearly state that you can't have them as summons, what's so hard to understand?

so if u see anyone holding the contract then it certainly was there before the new rule was made
and if i am right in the old summoning thread someone already had the pheonix contract
and yes caliburn agrees that a phoenix contract can be made in his new thread ...
but i think some one holds it already
