Looks: A woman of contradictions, that is by far the only way to describe Phetra, and capture some semblance of her ephemeral essence. Her pale, delicate skin is the first feature one would notice about her, and cruelly implies she is as dainty and fair as porcelain, however, beneath that pristine facade belies a fierce brutality. Her hair, long and black and lustrous as raven's feathers is maintained perfectly, yet wildly cascades down her form like an ebony waterfall of stygian waters that drown her silhouette in tones of the darkest nights. Her eyes are far more striking, emitting a purplish hue which grants her an air of nobility she wears with absolute pride and authority. And yet, despite being able to capture and describe her appearance in it's entirety, this is but the surface of Phetra, as she cloaks herself in a veil of mystique and obfuscation, making it impossible for even those with eyes that peer through time to pierce her mystery.

Personality: A woman of undying loyalty to machinations that have gone on since the Great Civil War. A Queen that commands the undying loyalty of millions of passed spirits and monsters. This is Phetra, a Voidlord. If Demetrias is the calm before the storm, then Phetra is the tempest itself. Unlike Demetrias, who opts to avoid combat when necessary, Phetra leverages her powers to achieve her goals as quickly as possible. She feels no remorse using whatever means necessary to reach an end, even if it means slaughtering the living - something that one would think is against the core meaning of following Imeroth and the Primordial Goddess of Life.

History & Background Information

Unlike her comrade Demetrias, very little is known about the Voidlord Phetra. Among the Four Voidlords, Phetra can be best compared to Nefarian and Basel in status and age. She is thousands of years old, well predating the Otsutsuki Clan and the Sage of the Six Paths distributing Chakra throughout the world at large. At one point she appeared before Solomon in the Court of Hanguri during a period of crisis in Tobusekai known as the Freeze, a disease that predated the first coming of the Red Fever. She was instrumental in engineering the Great Civil War which saw to the downfall of Marduk’s Pantheon, and usurped the title Ruler of the Underworld. She is sinister to the bone. Following the raid on Irkalla, Phetra was defeated at the hands of Enkidu, the Chains of Heaven. Her body was lost to the Void.

Specialties & Other Information

Authority of the Underworld: As the holder of the title Ruler of the Underworld, and keeper of the Crown of the Undying, the Voidlord commands legions of undead, as well as the various spirits and keepers of the Underworld, Irkalla. The most powerful under her Authority include the Twin Fates and the Burial King, as well as the power to control the Gates of the Underworld. But it also includes the Gallu spirits, the Unyielding Thrall, and the ancient Keepers.

Advanced Kinjutsu: Being at least eight thousands years old has afforded Phetra unmatched mastery over Kinjutsu. Phetra is able to use all Kinjutsu techniques without the need for hand seals, and their damage and chakra cost are amplified by forty. Phetra is also able to utilize a variant of the Impure World Resurrection technique, a quality of her power to control the dead.

Extra Specialties: For the line between God and Human is so very thin. This skill can be best compared to Enkidu’s own Divinity, and best seen as a parallel to the defenses afforded by Six Paths Senjutsu. Phetra’s own Divinity is unique despite her upbringing as a human, and affords her immunity to all human-based techniques and attacks. Perhaps some items, decisions, or tools can break through these defenses and equalize the battlefield…​
