I have Nobunga there since no one really wanted to fight him in the Troupe. He also captured Gon and Killua with no effort. Shalnark can't fight at full power the whole time and the rest are pretty much equal. Nobunga stays until feats show otherwise

Hisoka was never a phantom troupe member. He was "pretending" so he can fight Chrollo.

I'm still considerably early in the manga (chap. 120), but from what i've seen on youtube (during the Chimera Ant arc) and searched on Hunterpedia, i would rank them like this:

1) Chrollo.
2) Hisoka (if you want to count him).
3) Feitan.
4) Phinks.
5) Uvogin.
6) Bonolenov.
7) Nobunaga.
8) Shalnark.
9) Machi/Franklin.
10) Franklin/Machi.
11) Kalluto (if you want to count him).
12) Shizuku.
13) Kortopi/Pakunoda.
14) Pakunoda/Kortopi.

Its also the first time i ranked them, wouldn't be surprised if i posted a blasphemy

I dunno about that. Chrollo has a lot of requirements before he can steal an ability. If he can't get a hand print or the victim doesn't respond to his question within an hour then he won't get the ability. Also I believe the victim has to be alive or else the ability vanishes from his book.

You know we never saw how many he techniques he has or who he got them from beside like 3. I can see him getting maybe Deidari, Hidan, and Itachi to talk, but Kakuzo, Nagato, Kisame, Sasori, Konan probably won't and this is definitely not with them being a team.
