i made a case he is top 5 in the past (before hashi/madara/kabuto hype). I have that version in top 10 or 11 stop tbh. Ive made a detailed thread on his abiliies in full! If gaara would have befreinded him, he could have been more deadlier than naruto imo.

That gaara was basically a demi-god not seen thanks to kishi! The manga says The kyubi was the most powerful, but it never said it was the best tailed beast (depending how you look at it).

And Muu teaching onoki Dust is cannon. Muu having earth/fire/wind used like onoki is cannon. But if you take litiral page for page then i guess, but if you take manga statements into account it should count.

my question is, it was said that onoki could destroy turtle island and onoki said that muu was his equal in terms of power, so can't he just take flight and destroy the entire battlefield with jinton?

wow i just realised that very few people can beat gaara with shukaku especially with intel. maybe joki boy could kill him, also rinnegan users can obviously kill him and kakashi with kamui because without prep time gaara isn't fast enough to block kakashi's line of sight.

even dsm kabuto can't beat gaara seeing as edo tensei takes too long and gaara can counter all his other techs. so heres my list of people that can beat this gaara

rinnegan and ms obito with gedo mazo
edo madara
dsm kabuto with army of edos already summoned and preped
orochimaru with edo kage already summoned and preped
