I stand neutral on SS vs SK, and I believe SS is more-so ".5 x (50+0)" Since a child's genetics are the combined result of half of both parent's genes, but SK is pretty much 2 x (50+50)"
And I seriously hate all the crap Sakura gets. I neither like or dislike Sakura, nor do I actually care who the actual mother is.
Sakura is definitely not fodder. Sure, she is nowhere near the level of Naruto and Sasuke (who literally received godly power from the literal god of the NV) but she is still nowhere near fodder level either.
Sarada can't possibly be considered fodder, after all, she's only a kid still, and shows just as much, if not more potential than Sasuke did at her age.
And as for the pairing arguments, here are the main assets of each clan involved:
Uchiha: Sharingan + Large Chakra Reserves + Fire Release affinity + Advanced Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, and of course, Genjutsu
Haruno: Advanced chakra control + natural talent for medical Ninjutsu + potential for advanced Taijutsu
Uzumaki: Immense chakra reserves + Wind Release affinity + Advanced Fuinjutsu and Ninjutsu + Strong life-force
SO... Regardless of who the mother is (I don't believe spoilers no matter what, I wait for the facts in the actual release), Sarada is not fodder either way.
SS = Basically an Uchiha with Sakura's very short temper.
SK = Uchiha with Uzumaki/Senju (basically just an Uchiha on roids).
