This isn't a problem of just one person, this is a shared problem and consequently, that cannot apply.

I believe you're wrong, but I won't enter a discussion. People have the right to act according to their own will, if the way he acts isn't according to Rules, then we have the right and obligation to step in, but if it's simply that he is and I quote : A wannabe mod" or " he's annoying" that isn't a real enough reason to request a ban. Simply use the ignore button or don't pay attention. It's works pretty well. Cheers! ^^

I haven't seen any reports on this matter. I don't know if you are aware of this, but I'm not all knowing. I can't punish members without seeing the offense. You can help us out by reporting him and if he slips up he can get banned. But I get your point. fair enough. ^^ Cheers!
