We should do this.
Since there are some people that are just annoying to see in the forums (like myself) NB should host a petition every so often and us members can add a user to the petition, or form, or poll, etc.
If a certain member gets their name on it a certain amount of times, then that person should receive a small ban.
I mean, there are most people who go unharmed after countless months of just being annoying, like myself.
