Kabuto stood within the dense forest, looking around.
He should be here soon... I'm a rather impatient person, and this is starting to get on my nerves...

Biting his thumb, Kabuto slammed his hand on the ground after weaving the handseals and summoned a basic large snake, twice as long as Kabuto is tall as it stood taller than him with half of it's body sprawled along the ground.

Rank: B-Rank
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: N/A
Description:
The user will summon a generic Giant Snake whose size can vary from a 10 meter long snake to ones the size of a boss summon, rivaling 100 meters long. These snakes vary in appearance and size and serve only as basic warriors, having only the normal characteristics of snakes. Although they are quite simple snakes, they are very enduring and resistant and, when big enough (about 50 meters long) they can take up to B-Rank damage.
Note: requires snake contract.
Note: can only be summoned once

Just do your thing and no one gets hurt.
Forming three quick handseals, Kabuto then exhaled a powerful burst of flame towards the summoned snake. As the fireball came towards it, the snake opened its mouth and began to slither through the opening, shedding its skin at will in order to dug quickly underground and leave its skin behind to be struck by the attack. After the fireball had reduced the skin to ashes, the snake resurfaced and glared down at Kabuto.

Rank: A
Type: Offense
Range: Short/Mid
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: The user after performing the required hand seals Rat → Dog → Tiger fires a small fireball that erupts into a giant fire-storm after making contact with a surface, causing widespread destruction to the area. Since the flames travel along the ground, and cover such a wide area this is a difficult technique to evade. When combined with Wind Release: Pressure Damage, this technique is amplified to the point of being able to evaporate a large amount of water in an instant.

Excellent... Now, might I ask if a user may, under any circumstances, use this technique on themselves. Say if they were incredibly snake-like or were even in a type of... Sage Mode?

Focusing chakra towards his shoulder, Kabuto summoned a multitude of thinner snakes with bodies long like rope. The snakes then slithered out from his sleeve and wrapped around the target, lifting him up in the air by using Kabuto's arm as a point of leverage. The snakes then fully left Kabuto's body, slithering along the ground so as to constrict the target with their full bodies, biting and squeezing him into sheer agony before all of them reverse-summoned back to the Land of Snakes, leaving the target in the air to fall back to the ground, covered in snake bites.
That will do... Now, not a question about that technique in particular, but the generic summon description, as well as generically summoning normal snakes... Is there a limit to how many can be summoned with a single use? Such as the snake I summoned so he could shed his skin. Could I have summoned three of him with one usage of the Summoning Technique?

I think that's a completely exclusive technique to orochimaru-sama. No only Pein has the ability to summon multiple animals at once.

(Hebi Risu no Jutsu) – Snake Explosion Technique
Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short – Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: The user turns their hands into a number of huge snakes that hit the opponent upwards. Next, one snake grabs the opponent in its jaws and drags the opponent into the piles of snakes. The user then sends a pulse of chakra into the pile, detonating the snakes.
Note: May only be used once per battle

Focus your chakra and turn your hands into a bunch of huge snakes that will hit your clone. Then have one snake attach to that clone and bring him into the pile of snakes, then send a pulse of chakra that sets off the explosion.

(Jagei Jubaku) – Snake Authority Spell
Rank: A
Type: Offensive/ Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user extends Large snakes from their sleeves, which then coil around the target/s and then binds them. With the further addition of the users murderous intent they then can weaken their targets resolve and temporarily paralyze them in place.
Note: Must be able to summon Snakes

Self explanatory, Large snakes from your sleeves and they bind your opponent. This time use your evilness to weaken the clone's resolve and freeze him in place. If you're Loki tho it'll be hard, since he doesn't scare anyone

Focusing chakra into his right hand, Kabuto looked down at it as his skin began to change complexion. It became ghostly white, with small markings appearing over it, forming slowly into scales. From there, each of his fingers took on a snake's head at the tip, and the body continued all the way down his arm, each of the snake's bodies intertwining with each other as his arm became five white snakes. Then, from the inside of his hand, more snake heads appeared, and each of the snakes began to grow larger. His eyes wide in horror as he watched the technique take place, Kabuto held out what was once his arm and mentally commanded the snakes to fly through the air towards the clone, ready to attack. Headbutting the clone all at the same time, the snakes smashed its body into the air while a large majority of them rested on the ground, a single snake following the clone into the air and biting down on his chest with venomous fangs. The snake grabbing the clone then pulled him down into the pit of snakes, where they all began to wrap around him and constrict him to death. As they began to constrict the clone, Kabuto released a surge of chakra through his "arm", down the bodies of each of the snakes in the form of a bulge in the snake's body, traveling down towards their heads. Once the pulse reached the head of the snake, each one of them exploded, killing the clone and severing the bodies of the snakes which were Kabuto's arm. Soon after, the white snakes re-formed into Kabuto's normal arm.
Such a strange technique... My body becoming a snake. Yet the concept is interesting... *pre-snake body Kabuto. <.<*

Focusing chakra to his shoulder, Kabuto summoned a multitude of large snakes on his shoulder with little effort, as this was becoming like habit to him, and caused these large snakes to slither out from his sleeve and move through the air, wrapping their tails around Kabuto's shoulder and stiffening their bodies enough to allow them to do so effectively, towards the target. The snakes wrapped around the man in such a manner that his legs were pressed together, and his arms were held out to either side in a cross formation, the snakes restricting any movement from that position. Kabuto also grinned evilly as all of the snakes around the clone began to hiss menacingly, his Killing Intent flowing through the field and becoming known to the man, trapped and now scared.

Rank: D - S
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: N/A
Description: Killing Intent pertains to the ability of the user giving off their pure killing intention and having it affect their opponent and others around them up to the point of paralyzing them. When the Killing Intent is particularly strong, it can even give the victim visions of their own gruesome death, nausea, pain, etc. This can cause the Killing Intent to be confused with a genjutsu, despite not being a genjutsu at all; simply a showcase of intention and power. The target will feel as if facing an overwhelming enemy and, even if not a sensor, will suddenly feel the pressure of the users chakra and its magnitude, making the effect that much more dramatic. To effectively be used, the user needs to focus on his target and concentrate on the killing intent towards it, meaning that one must see the target and be focused on it. The strength of the Killing Intent is dependent on many factors and go through several levels. If a difference in rank smaller than 2 ranks exist, the enemy will feel only the pressure and the ominous presence of their dark intentions. Its enough to lose your grasp on a weapon or stay clinched to it (depending on the situation) or even to hesitate in an attack, stumble or mess up a handseal, all depending on the situation and proximity. The effect is small and normally not that significant but can be effectively used to pressure enemies into making a mistake. If a difference of 2 ranks or more exist, the enemy will be frozen, almost unable to move as the overwhelming killing intent dominates their own conscious and riddles them with nightmarish versions of death. The paralyzation gradually weakens as time passes and can only be maintained while the user is focused on the target. The further away the target, the weaker it is and it can only fully paralyze a target within short range. Similarly, the more targets one focuses on, the weaker the effect is in each one (divinding the effects equally between the number of targets). Lastly, the stronger the user is in relation to the target, the stronger the effect will be. The target can counter Killing Intent directed at it through pain, "mind cleansing" techniques or their own Killing Intent.
Note: Intensity of technique depends on the rank of the user, distance to target and number of targets one is focusing on
Note: Can only be used once
Note: Lasts only while the user is focusing on it and while focusing on it the user can't mold chakra

A very useful jutsu indeed... To restrain one's opponent; I know many ways to make proper use of this, such as harvesting for my experimentsssss..

You don't have to use Sakki if you don't want to. The venomous intent works the same way. The way Sasuke stopped Jugo and Suigetsu.

Alright Last one, and my favorite one,

(Mandara no jin) – Myriad Snake Net
Rank: A
Typeffensive
Range: Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: The user will release a torrent of serpents out their mouth. This wave will rise and rush towards the target and covering them.
Note: Must be able to summon snakes

focus that same kinda chakra that you did with your sleeve but this time release the torrent of snakes from your mouth along the ground and it'll turn into a wave of snakes. Headed towards your opponent.

Falling onto the ground on his stomach, Kabuto opened his mouth and focused the same kind of chakra, in the same proportions, to the back of his mouth, summoning a multitude of snakes at the back of his mouth. The snakes then began to slither out of his mouth, crawling along the ground towards the clone where they began to wrap up his body and weigh him down to the ground with the sheer number and mass of each snake, pulling him down and constricting him until the life in his eyes was gone.
A very nice technique, especially useful if I'm hidden and want to attack my opponent without revealing myself. I like it.
Is that all; is our training done?
