They have their own respective worlds, and dont interact. I think P3 was just done through a couple of movies, and P4 had the regular 24-25 ep season, while P4 golden had about 12. P5 had a promo episode, but thats it i think. The order doesnt matter for anime

Yes, you don't need knowledge of the other games, the game pretty much teaches you what you need to know, it is turned based, but it's not super slow or dragged out
