Igor: not much help is it? Fine i'll explain, shadows are the inner feelings that you deny they exist, personas apear when you defeat your shadow and face your inner self, usualy... But for the first time you have a choice, either you accep your inner felling and get a persona right now, or you are consumed bythem and turn intoyour shadow, there comes the dilema.
Margret: shadows are much tougher than personas, when you summon your persona you fight alongside it,but whenyou summon your shadow you turn into it.
