[Question] Permission Groups

I am sorta new to narutobase (even tho this account was made in 2012 ) and i would like to join a permission group, but i do not know what it is exactly and if there are any specifications for joining one? :heh:

Check the rules and go to your User CP and on the list on the left will say permission groups. You don't need a requirement to join, it just adds a another bar and etc. Like I said, READ the rules, they're for a reason.

A permission Group is Designed For Role Play.
You cannot Join Just to get the Symbol Above your User Name.
