lol Gai in the top 10. There are plenty shinobi > Gai. A suicide attack doesnt warrant a high ranking on a tier list.

Several characters belong on that list instead of Gai who has not received a plot power-up. Such as,

Sandaime Raikage. Only his technique can hurt him.

Im pretty sure he tied with the 8 tails and hurt himself AFTER he dropped down. >_>

It disturbs me that you didn't include Hashirama...yet you included Gai (not taking anything from Gai (dude's a cool shinobi and is easily top 10...when in Eight Gates Mode), but he's not stronger than Hashirama); if you replace Gai with Hashi (since this seems to be a top 5 rather than top 10), this list will be legit).

One could always argue that Itachi, Orochimaru, Kabuto, Nagato, etc. should be on this list, sure, but Hashirama is on the top 5/10 list regardless of what people say. The guy was a god and could neutralize Biju and the Jubi and literally solo'd Kurama and EMS Madara for Christ's sake

Catching a Bijudama like a baseball is a better feat than kicking the top-left part of a Jubi-jin's body off when said Jubi-jin wasn't even trying, if you ask me.

The only reason I didn't add hashirama was because I wanted to just name 5 shinobi. Currently I do believe 8th gates guy would beat hashirama. Hashirama doesn't have the speed feats the handle might guy.
