Alright so Perfume Release, it is a unique elemental nature that combines the aspect of earth, water and fire in order to create a chakra-based liquid. This liquid is alcohol based, but unlike normal ethanol – this is the scented liquid known as Perfume. It is highly flammable, capable of being used for various purposes. Like most elemental natures, the element has three specific release forms – Main Release, Alternative Release and Specific. The Main Release is usually a pinkish liquid that can be molded into various forms akin to Water Release, which can then be used for different uses. Alternative Release uses the vaporized form of the element which from what I gathered tends to make a lot more toxic based applications but of course that’s not unique to it as liquid form can also do that. The Specific Release is more or less all a combination of both previous release forms, but with the added benefit of including unique properties which includes acidity increases, toxicity and last but not least, Genjutsu. The Genjutsu aspect of the element I’d say is one of its most unique aspects as not many other elements can freely be used for genjutsu related purposes.

There’s other aspects that falls into the element such as Scent Masking, Sexual Appeal , Flammable Nature etc. The vaporized form also gaseous form which when/if inhaled, can cause various oopsies. It's other, while theme based mostly, is that it also can only be used women shinobi, or a Man of Love, whatever that is...

Okay so all correct! Perfume Release is an exploration of the concept of actual Perfume, not just what composes it but also its purpose. Perfume has been around for millenia, and it has not always been just the vain superficial substance we know in the modern age. Most perfume artisans used to be chemists and pharmacists and would use these aromatic concoctions in order to heal a wide variety of ailments, while also being the perfect method of assassinations, in order to drop poisons and various toxic substances on the unaware, or use scent to mask these noxious potions. Now, of course, it is the symbol of allure and attraction, luxury and wellness, very much a part of our own courtship ritual.

Throughout the techniques, you will understand that more or less all of these bases are covered. Without further ado, pick 3 techniques and describe them for me.

Description: This technique stands as the ability to change the medium of a Genjutsu to that of scent, utilizing Perfume chakra to cast the Genjutsu. This can be done handsealessly, spiting out a nearly invisible mist of vaporous colorful perfume that will spread up to 15 meters in a direction or all around (Short-Mid) or with 1 handseal, allowing the user to grow a great flower, resembling a voodoo lily, made of liquid perfume, within range, though at least 3 meters from the opponent which will spread the scent 15 meters around it (Short-Mid for creation of flower; Genjutsu effect up to Mid-range around the flower).

*The mist/flower remain active for 2 turns in the air unless countered or dispersed. The scent itself has the autonomy of 1 turn without the support of it's origin.*
*Can only be used 4 times for an A rank Genjutsu, and 2 time for an S rank Genjutsu*
*The genjutsu used through this technique must be posted along. The chakra cost will still stand for both ( 10 + Genjutsu ), but it will count as 1 jutsu*
*The mist itself is a D-Rank Perfume technique in strength and can be countered following normal elemental strengths and weaknesses; rank of the illusion cast is that of the original illusion with no added strength*
*The user is capable of compressing the perfume in a vial, through the same 1 handseal, where it will be kept indefinitely, without exposure to the air. If exposed, the perfume will have the same spread and properties as described*

Description: Grande-Plié allows the user to materialize a large quantity of Main Release perfume from her body and direct it to the opponent in a multitude of manners. The strength and quantity of the perfume are dependent on the chakra and rank used.After the user directs the perfume, the user is able to change the direction once, with one handseal. The liquid has the appearance of a swarm of jasmine blossoms and fine brioches, even though it's a concise mass of liquid. A particularity of this technique is that, while having the properties of Main Release perfume, its actual scent is variable, allowing for the user to mimic any smell, be it chocolate, croissants, fruits, etc. Exposure to air has the perfume become scentless and inert after 3 turns.

Note: B rank and higher can only be done once every 2 turns. A rank can only be used 5 times. S rank can only be used 3 times per battle.
Note: Changing directions counts toward the 3 jutsus per turn limit*
Note: With another handseal, the user is able to materialize the perfume inside vials, which will keep the perfume indefinitely, without exposing it to air*

Description: Allows the user to preform any Water element jutsu using the main release perfume with an added +10 chakra cost. This does not add to the damage of the water jutsu. This technique works by expelling perfume in its vaporized form which will mix with the water and transfer it's properties to it, as such, when a water jutsu is used short range (spat, released from one's hands, etc), it can come out out infused with the Main Release perfume, with a slight glow like tiny diamond petals, of varying color, depending on the user. This jutsu is always coupled with a water jutsu. The combination will retrieve the chakra cost from both techniques, but will only count as one move towards the turn's count.

Embed in this skill is the ability to use Water/Perfume chakra to manipulate a standing source of liquid perfume, as the perfume's body is heavily composed of water, in addition to the ethanol, infused with scented minerals and chakra, thus allowing jutsu that require a water source to be used with perfume, the range depending on the water technique. With water chakra, through the use of water techniques, the user can pick up active perfume techniques and give them new shapes and motions. The perfume will retain it's properties and time-restrictions, or use water jutsu to pick up inert perfume ( perfume techniques past their time-restriction ), and give them new shapes and motion. The inert perfume is composed mainly of alcohol/water, and will keep perfume's main release S/W, without it's pheromone based scent. If used with a Perfume technique, the user will reinvigorate the inert perfume and give it new properties, instead of using whatever source the perfume technique described.

This technique will then be purely passive, the only jutsu adding to the chakra cost and move count being the perfume technique that stands as the source and the water/perfume technique that stands as the motion. The opponent is unable to do the same, as the perfume is infused with the user's personal chakra, likewise, the user is not able to manipulate other Perfume User's techniques, as each perfume is personal.

*Either ability can only be used once every three turns*

1. Allows the user the ability to utilize the change the medium of an illusion, utilizing one's Perfume chakra in order to carry the illusion. This utilizes the vaporized/specific form of the element. This is performed by releasing a nigh invisible mist that spreads up to a targeted area, allowing anyone who is within range to inhale and be induced into the illusion. This is posted alongside the illusion in question, counting as one single combined usage - the other aspect about this is that is interesting the most is that even if the person avoids mid range and goes into long, the lingering scent remains and leaves the target to possibly still be subjected to the power of the illusion. I also like the additional aspect of placing the scents into a vial of sorts in order to prolong the use until another desired time of usage.

2. Basically the generic 'tool box' technique, allowing me the ability to generate the Main Release of the element. This can rnage from tools, vortexes , waves etc of the Perfume. In hindsight, the user can later use the inert and scentless variant of this techniue for other Perfume Techniques. More on the cosmetic side of things, it allows you to attach any sort of scent into the liquid to one's desire which can range from anything really.

3. Pretty similar to the first technique, but instead crafting a powerful combination of Perfume and Water. You can utilize it in order to have water technique function/become a Perfume technique or use the mixture for other purposes like other Perform Techniques. This is a passive ability, that infuses an additional +10 in order to use it. It can also be used once more as source for other Perfume related techniques if the scent goes inert, allowing it to be rebirthed and gain new properties.

The scent is restricted to Mid-Range, what can happen is that you can place the flower at Mid Range, and that flower will exude the scent around Mid range itself, which can extend the range to Long Range relative to you. Otherwise, the user can be caught in a genjutsu within range, and then move out of range of the flower, which will not break the genjutsu itself, even if the scent isn't around anymore. Also, if the target breaks the genjutsu without destroying the scent ( lingers for 2 turns and 1 additional turn without it's origin ) it will just be recast.

The D rank version is also amazing for the NW, as you can simply perfume yourself and start using scent in your dialogue!

Yes, this gives great versatility to the element, as its medium can pretty much produce any shape and form as you want. It can also allow you to manipulate active techniques in order to make them more powerful. Finally, water boosts and other specialities stack with this, so you augment the strength of your perfume with a powerful enough water technique or use Water-only technique infusions to boost active perfumes.

These maidens will appear in the opponent's consciousness, with slithering hair and serpent-like pupils. They will petrify the opponent with their glowing gaze and foul touch, as they viciously threat to impale their eyes with their hands.

2. A highly defensive technique that produces a wall of liquid perfume that has seed filled dandelions within it. The seeds detach from the wall and release a scent carrying a powerful sleep illusion. Those who inhale the perfume will be subjected to a powerful illusion of angelic women massaging and caressing the opponent. It’s basically a soporific and tranquilizer like affect. It’s a powerful defensive technique that easily catch people off guard if not careful.

3. Creates a pool of liquid perfume that induces and illusion of submerging in water etc but in reality corrupts the targets chakra network and limits it

With 4 handseals, the user releases a mass of this dark perfume, as if multiple orchids are blossoming over an over, despite being a concise mass of liquid, which will then spread over to Mid-range, filling a large field with it's scent. The toxic vapors it releases cause nausea and gradually multiple organ failure. If ingested directly, it will intensify and speed up the symptoms. The scent is heavily filled with blood. The illusionary manifestation of the scent is the creation of hideous black maidens bathing on the perfume. These maidens will appear in the opponent's consciousness, with slithering hair and serpent-like pupils. They will petrify the opponent with their glowing gaze and foul touch, as they viciously threat to impale their eyes with their hands. This will require the target to release the genjutsu within a turn, or they will lose consciousness. The toxic fumes kill within 2 turns, ingesting will halve that time.

Description: After 3 handseals, the user is able to materialize a very clear and translucent liquid perfume, which quickly takes the shape of magnificent walls around a target, beautifully carved with countless of seed filled dandelions. From the gates, the seeds seemingly detach from the stem, softly spreading out through the area short range around the gate, allowing the perfume in the air. The perfume's scent carries a powerful sleeping genjutsu. As the opponent feels his eyes getting heavier and his movements getting sluggish, they will see young women with angelical appearance caressing and massaging them. The opponent quickly falls asleep for 2 turns. The gates can be created all around a target, including a translucent glass-house ceiling of perfume, but only to a maximum of short range from the target, and a minimum of 1 meter. The target, though, can be up to long range from the user.
After materialized, the gates can't move. They last up to 3 turns, after which they fall on the ground as scent-less puddles of perfume.

*Requires a cooldown of 3 turns after usage, starting after the technique ends*

Could be more powerful, but it does have the duality of defending from techniques while also putting your opponent to sleep. Like genjutsu, if the technique is left unblocked the enemy falls asleep by the end of the turn.

Description: The user chains together 3 handseals, which will then make a mass of blueish perfume, with no toxicity at all, cover the ground, ankle deep, creating a lake with a plethora of perfume lily-pads and lotus flowers, filling the arena with a soothing scent. The scent carries a strong genjutsu that gives the opponent the feeling as if he has submerged underwater. It manifest itself in a feeling of being soaked in water, and seeing the periphery of the fields flowing. The opponent can see perfectly, as if his eyes are guarded by swimming glasses, but everything in the field will be slightly distorted as if underwater. The lake of perfume, though not toxic, has a very unbalanced nature. In direct contact with the lake, the opponent will have his chakra pathway constantly disturbed, preventing the usage of jutsu A rank and higher.

*Physical Effects: No Toxicity, Disturbance of Chakra for A rank and higher jutsu*
*Illusionary Effects: Feeling as if submerged underwater, drowning. Water goggles.
*If used on top of water, given it's natural strength to the element, it will prevent any opponent from using that water as a source for water jutsu*
*Can only be used once every 3 turns, twice per battle*
*Lasts 2 turns. If the opponent doesn't completely counter the illusion of drowning with a turn, he/she will lose consciousness
*Unlike other Perfume techniques, the illusion is only cast once, when the lake appears*

Description: After 5 handseals, the user is able to produce a much heavier perfume and raw version of perfume, akin an essential oil, which will contain a much higher intake of the Earth element than the other elements used to create Perfume. This will mess with the pH balance of the technique, giving the perfume's body either an strong acidic or a strong basic/alkaline property. It is translucent with a greenish and amber coloration. If acidic, it will have a greater momentum and more fluidity, being a more liquid oil, enabling the user to spit it out as a pressurized stream or as a spread out volume of perfume. If basic/alkaline, the perfume will be more viscous and slippery, with the consistency of liquid soap, being a more syrupy oil, and can be spat out as a spread out mucus or be exuded from the user's hands. The perfume will corrode and melt organic materials and elements, instead of merely being toxic to it, as described in the element's submission, but will retain it's weakness to Earth and advanced Earth Elements ( Metals, Crystals, Ores, excluding Organic Elements ). The oil perfume will exude a powerful and acidic/basic scent (to a lesser extent than the body), with natural influxes of lily of the valley and woodland scents, which carries powerful genjutsu, making the opponent feel as if his insides are melting, translating in excruciating pain. The manifestation of the illusion is the sight women in barbaric or northern gowns with long green hairs, which will be touching and kissing the opponent, provoking the melting pain as they do it. The women only appear in short range of the perfume, on contact, and appear in conjunction with the perfume's body, not replacing it or concealing it. It is more of an embellishment than an actual offensive genjutsu.

The perfume is so strong it causes irritation on the eyes, nose and throat, increasing the more the opponent stays inside the mist, which messes with the opponent's sense of smell, preventing him from detecting other odors. The scent carries a genjutsu where the opponents feels his whole body being pierced, as if shards of blades grow in his stomach and lungs and other internal organs, before the opponent finds himself wrapped in rose vines and petals, with growing spikes. While the vaporized perfume travels faster, the liquid perfume carries a greater punch, enveloping and compressing the opponent with multiple spiked vines, akin those of the illusion, to shred and drown the opponent. Can be used from the user, or, with an additional handseal, from the ground.

*Physical Effects: Burning sensation on the nose, eyes and throat. Spiked vines of liquid perfume.
*Illusionary Effects: Shards inside Internal Organs and Wrapping Rose Vines externally.

Instead it would release the scent into the air, which using the alluring nature of Perfume - allow them to essentially tame hostile animals. It would carrying an illusion within it that further enhances the affect, placing a psychological illusion of the user being a parent or object of affection towards the animal. Great technique to be used vs like the Inuzuka to take over their ninken or people who specialize in summoning animals.

2. Alright so this one was a bit confusing at first glance but after a reread, its basically allowing the user to create Perfume of extreme acidity or akin to an Alkaline. Of course depending on which variant is used, it has various texture and flowing difference - though I will say I'm more of a fan of the oil variant due to the illusionary aspect attached to it. This adds an extra layer of countering the technique, as a woman basically harasses the opponent within the illusion causing pain etc. Very powerful technique i.e, also is interesting as it plays on the concept of the manipulating the innate elemental mixture.

Well, both of them produce the illusion. You can use Scented Tears as a Gastric Acid level liquid oil or as a Lye Alkaline level syrup, either of them will melt your opponent with corrosive body and fumes, and the illusion of women injuring them where the melting is happening. It's generally considered better to use Acid against mineral deposits, oxidation, rust etc, whereas Alkaline is better for fat, oil and proteins. It is also good to be able to use both because you can counteract Acid with Alkaline and vice-versa in order to neutralize the mixture into a salt.

This is an irritant perfume, like a pepper or a mustard gas, it will cause the opponent's mucus to fly out and prevent most from clearly perceiving what is happening in the battle. It does, however, completely disable the Tracking multipliers of Enhanced Senses related to the Chemical Sensations, like Smell ( Inuzuka ) and Taste ( Ganmi ) :) It should be able to deal with the other senses as well since it causes irritation and affliction overall, but we've only clearly stated the other two xD

Description: Requires 1 handseal. This techniques manifests itself as a quick burst of vaporous golden perfume, stretching radially up to mid-range around the user in under a couple of seconds. The premise for this technique is that the chakra system and the physical body are directly linked. This perfume does not affect opponent's whose chakra system or blood system is in the same pace than the user's. If higher than normal, the perfume will emit a genjutsu that will make the opponent feel as if the gravity suddenly increased, pinning them to the ground, Which is visually manifested as several rings of pure gold, carved with sunflowers, around the opponent's wrists, limbs, neck, torso, etc. The effects are proportional to the chakra system's alteration, thus, when the user moves at a faster pace than normally allowed to the body through the use of chakra (Such as Swift, Gates, Sage Mode or Raikage's Lightning Coat, for example), the pressure of the gravity will bring the person's speed down, invariably making the target as fast as he/she normally is. Due to affecting the body directly, it is able to surpass chakra peaks, like burst of chakra or pain, but is easily released by localized chakra releases (Such as someone infusing chakra into their bodies), to actually destroy and repel the perfume, otherwise simply calming oneself/releasing the modes will render the genjutsu inactive. It never reduces the opponent's speed more than their usual speed.

Description: Flamme de Salem is a bright and scented flame, usually in pink shades. It takes advantage of Perfume's resistance to fire to burn off the Genjutsu-carrying scent of the element and intensify it. The Flamme de Salem can be manipulated like Fire Ninjutsu, creating flames and maelstroms or burning constructs, which can be bigger and more powerful depending on the chakra used. The Genjutsu carried by the Flamme de Salem induces the illusionary effects described in any approved Perfume technique, like the ravaging rose thorns of Cleopatra's Piercing Adoration or the alluring pheromones of Bonny's Seduction.

This technique can also be combined with an equal ranked Fire Ninjutsu in order to induce the same scent-based Illusiosory effects with other fire techniques as a base, creating an elemental combination technique which has the outcome of being 1 rank stronger or +20 damage in case of S rank. This can be done in the same time-frame as another Fire technique but counts as 2 jutsu. Either variant of Flamme de Salem is ruled by the fire aspect of the technique, and is bound to any Fire-related specialities of the user, likewise, when clashing the Perfume takes a supplementary role whereas Fire carries a defensive and offensive roll, giving the technique or the combo it's elemental S&W, rather than Perfume's. Despite the underlying Genjutsu being the same rank it will still be damageless. Any method of dealing with Genjutsu can be used after the source has been removed, otherwise it is continuously recast without change. The scent exuded by this technique extends in a short range radius around the flame source, casting the illusionary effects in this area.

Note: Up to B rank, it requires 1 turn cooldown after expiration, and last up to 5 turns. A Rank and above can only last up to 3 turns and require 2 turn cooldown. A rank can only be used 3 times, S rank can only be used 2 times. This can't be used with Forbidden ranked Perfume or Fire techniques.
Note: Can't perform other Fire or Perfume techniques higher than S rank throughout the duration of this technique. In case of S rank usage, can't perform them higher than A rank.
Note: A single Perfume Genjutsu effect can be applied per Flamme, without stacking.

The alluring effect is also an illusion, causing the attraction to be more potent as it disorientates the target and basically makes it easier. Upon contact doe, the pain basically takes over but the lingering scent of a belladonna remains.

2. Alright so this is one of the more complicated techniques I supposed. However I'll try to explain as best as I can, so the user causes a golden colored perfume to spread up to mid range. Normally it does nothing to others whose bodily conditions aren't tje same as the user, but if they are - an illusion occurs, causing them to feel as if gravity suddenly increased and pinning them down. Visually, it will appear as if golden rings had manifested around the target. Ability wise, it reduces the target's ability to move based on the amount of speed they increased by, i.e a Yang State user affected with this basically goes -x6, which basically drags them back to base speed. A very powerful and useful counter to speedsters etc.

3. And alas, the final and I suppose newest concept to Perfume. This basically allows the user to capitalize on the unique interaction fire and perfume has with each other, the fire burning the liquid off and crating the scent. The unique aspect about this technique is that it inherently allows the user to create a mixture of flames and perfume to create maelstroms of pinkish flames, with the illusionary ability being any currently approved Perfume technique. It can also be used in conjuction with another fire based technique of equal rank, increasing it power while also carrying the genjutsu within it.This translates into increased damage either by one rank or +20 DMG. The illusion in this method doe, while the same rank as the original techniques, becomes a damage less variant. The user can also inherently shift around the S/W of the combination etc. Really good technique overall.

2. Alright so this is one of the more complicated techniques I supposed. However I'll try to explain as best as I can, so the user causes a golden colored perfume to spread up to mid range. Normally it does nothing to others whose bodily conditions aren't tje same as the user, but if they are - an illusion occurs, causing them to feel as if gravity suddenly increased and pinning them down. Visually, it will appear as if golden rings had manifested around the target. Ability wise, it reduces the target's ability to move based on the amount of speed they increased by, i.e a Yang State user affected with this basically goes -x6, which basically drags them back to base speed. A very powerful and useful counter to speedsters etc.
It modulates the body speed in order to be equal to the user or lower. In the sense that, if you are at base speed levels, and your opponent is also at base speed levels, this technique does do much. If your opponent's speed is augmented and yours isnt, this technique brings your opponent's speed down to base levels, essentially getting rid of the multiplier. If your opponent has a x4 speed boost, and you yourself have a x2, then this would bring it back to x2 as well, get it? This of course means that if your opponent's base speed is faster than yours, you'll still be at a slight disadvantage.

Description: Flamme de Salem is a bright and scented flame, usually in pink shades. It takes advantage of Perfume's resistance to fire to burn off the Genjutsu-carrying scent of the element and intensify it. The Flamme de Salem can be manipulated like Fire Ninjutsu, creating flames and maelstroms or burning constructs, which can be bigger and more powerful depending on the chakra used. The Genjutsu carried by the Flamme de Salem induces the illusionary effects described in any approved Perfume technique, like the ravaging rose thorns of Cleopatra's Piercing Adoration or the alluring pheromones of Bonny's Seduction.

This technique can also be combined with an equal ranked Fire Ninjutsu in order to induce the same scent-based Illusiosory effects with other fire techniques as a base, creating an elemental combination technique which has the outcome of being 1 rank stronger or +20 damage in case of S rank. This can be done in the same time-frame as another Fire technique but counts as 2 jutsu. Either variant of Flamme de Salem is ruled by the fire aspect of the technique, and is bound to any Fire-related specialities of the user, likewise, when clashing the Perfume takes a supplementary role whereas Fire carries a defensive and offensive roll, giving the technique or the combo it's elemental S&W, rather than Perfume's. Despite the underlying Genjutsu being the same rank it will still be damageless. Any method of dealing with Genjutsu can be used after the source has been removed, otherwise it is continuously recast without change. The scent exuded by this technique extends in a short range radius around the flame source, casting the illusionary effects in this area.

Note: Up to B rank, it requires 1 turn cooldown after expiration, and last up to 5 turns. A Rank and above can only last up to 3 turns and require 2 turn cooldown. A rank can only be used 3 times, S rank can only be used 2 times. This can't be used with Forbidden ranked Perfume or Fire techniques.

3. And alas, the final and I suppose newest concept to Perfume. This basically allows the user to capitalize on the unique interaction fire and perfume has with each other, the fire burning the liquid off and crating the scent. The unique aspect about this technique is that it inherently allows the user to create a mixture of flames and perfume to create maelstroms of pinkish flames, with the illusionary ability being any currently approved Perfume technique. It can also be used in conjuction with another fire based technique of equal rank, increasing it power while also carrying the genjutsu within it.This translates into increased damage either by one rank or +20 DMG. The illusion in this method doe, while the same rank as the original techniques, becomes a damage less variant. The user can also inherently shift around the S/W of the combination etc. Really good technique overall.
You have seen me used this a lot, because it works perfectly for me as an Advanced Fire Elementalist, regardless, it does give you a great versatily to use the element, as you can manipulate it with both Water chakra and Fire Chakra, using either Embellir or Flamme. With Embellir you use Water Release techniques but they acquire Perfume's S&W, with Flamme you user Fire Release, with Fire S&W, but they acquire a supplementary usage of casting Genjutsu, which we have seen can make your opponent feel:

1. Toxicy/Nauseous/Petrification - Bathing Serpents
2. Sporofic/Tranquilizer/Sleep - Slumberous Gates
3. A rank Restriction/Drowning/Distorted ( Use with caution ) - Steeping Petals
4. Tame Animals/Hostility - Twisted Persuasion
5. Acidic/Alkaline/Corrosive/Melting Pain - Scented Tears
6. Irritation/Loss of Scent - Piercing Adoration
7. Loss of Speed Augmentation - Magnanimous Libra
8. Have any scent, cosmetically/supplementary - Grande-Plie
9. Have any other Genjutsu you want ( Use with caution ) - Mimetisme

Okay so this technique allows us to acquire the physical effects of Perfume, as stated in any of the perfume techniques. The technique will still have Water's S&W but gives us a myriad of supplementary effects that we can work with. The only question here is the Genjutsu aspect, but, to be honest, being a Scent-Cast Genjutsu Medium is an effect of Perfume either way...

So here are the physical aspects that definitely can be used:

1. Antoinette's Naiveté ღ Grande-Plié - Give Water Release any scent we want.
2. Curie's Disgrace ღ Bathing Serpents - Toxicity, Nausea and Organ Failure. This is translated to death in 2 turns from inhalation and 1 turn from direct ingestion. ( That certainly didn't age well LOL might not be able to do this now )
3. Teresa's Kindness ღ Slumberous Gates - Powerful Soporific and Tranquilizer, if unblocked the opponent becomes asleep within 2 turns.
4. Joan's Innocence ღ Steeping Petals - Disturbance of Chakra for A rank and higher jutsu.
5. Nzingha's Dementia ღ Twisted Persuasion - Disrupts animal summoning and companions. Without the underlying genjutsu, it will be harder to protect allies from their own summons, unless a specific vocal or visual order is given.
6. Boadicea's Queendom ღ Scented Tears - Liquid Acid (Ph=1, similar to gastric acid) or Viscous Base/Alkali (Ph=13, similar to lye), Corrosive. Since this technique retains Water's S&W, I feel like this merely grants Water release a cosmetic change, rather than retaining Perfume's strength to organic elements.
7. Cleopatra's Venom ღ Piercing Adoration - Burning sensation on the nose, eyes and throat. Spiked vines of liquid perfume. Prevents the usage of odor/taste based sensory systems. Perfect against Inuzuka and Ganmi.
8. Bonny's Embrace ღ Seduction - High pheromones to attract and parlyzing toxic poison when direct contact is made.

Effects that are probably out of limit

1. Laveau's Sorcery ღ Mimétisme - The obvious one. If we retain the ability to induce Genjutsu, then this would allow us to lace our Water Release with any Genjutsu. To be honest, this should work, since it is a physical ability of the element.
2. Nefertiti's Judgement ღ Magnanimous Libra - Equalize speed and strength boosts down to base stats. This is something that is Genjutsu activated, so it might be something out of reach for this technique.

Description: Allows the user to preform any Water element jutsu using the main release perfume with an added +10 chakra cost. This does not add to the damage of the water jutsu. This technique works by expelling perfume in its vaporized form which will mix with the water and transfer it's properties to it, as such, when a water jutsu is used short range (spat, released from one's hands, etc), it can come out out infused with the Main Release perfume, with a slight glow like tiny diamond petals, of varying color, depending on the user. This jutsu is always coupled with a water jutsu. The combination will retrieve the chakra cost from both techniques, but will only count as one move towards the turn's count.

Embed in this skill is the ability to use Water/Perfume chakra to manipulate a standing source of liquid perfume, as the perfume's body is heavily composed of water, in addition to the ethanol, infused with scented minerals and chakra, thus allowing jutsu that require a water source to be used with perfume, the range depending on the water technique. With water chakra, through the use of water techniques, the user can pick up active perfume techniques and give them new shapes and motions. The perfume will retain it's properties and time-restrictions, or use water jutsu to pick up inert perfume ( perfume techniques past their time-restriction ), and give them new shapes and motion. The inert perfume is composed mainly of alcohol/water, and will keep perfume's main release S/W, without it's pheromone based scent. If used with a Perfume technique, the user will reinvigorate the inert perfume and give it new properties, instead of using whatever source the perfume technique described.

This technique will then be purely passive, the only jutsu adding to the chakra cost and move count being the perfume technique that stands as the source and the water/perfume technique that stands as the motion. The opponent is unable to do the same, as the perfume is infused with the user's personal chakra, likewise, the user is not able to manipulate other Perfume User's techniques, as each perfume is personal.

This is a passive technique that already allows us to use our Perfumes with the shape and appearance of any Water Jutsu. Difference being that Eau de Orleans retains Water's S&W and applicable boons, whereas Embellir retains Perfume's S&W. Embellir adds +10 chakra without adding any damage, whereas Eau de Orleans adds +10 chakra AND +20 damage. Embellir can be used with Forbidden ranked Water whereas Eau de Orleans can only be used with S ranks. Embellir also stands as the passive ability to re-use any body of Perfume and change their colors, which gives it great versatily, otherwise I feel like both techniques are indeed pretty similar. A Non-Water Specialist will not feel much difference from either techniques, whereas a Water specialist will definitely favor Eau de Orleans.

Since Lili did a great job covering the physical properties of perfume that we can attain through this technique, I feel it dumb to just repeat that so I’ll take a different approach to this and suggest some water techs that would benefit most from this… I’ll also try to be a little more creative than just ‘surround them in an orb of metlyness’… which is very effective and very viable, just less fun in this context. Please do not let me put you off surrounding someone in meltyness.

Firstly, my CFS absolutely adores you for this. Dont know if you know it but its synergy is immediately apparent.
Kapuseru bōjutsu] Capsule Bojutsu
Type:
Ninjutsu/Bojutsu

Background:
Capsule Bojutsu was developed by baton wielding shinobi of Kirigakure alongside those of Otogakure as a way to incorporate there natural affinity to liquid elements and sound based techniques. It was firstly developed as a way to confuse/disorientate enemies who would enter close quarters combat with the users of this style, although when picked up by the shinobi of otogakure, it was given more offensive, advantage-giving abilities when accompanied with their sound techniques. Over the years, the style has become what it is today, a perfect infusion of the many different ninjutsu that went into it's creation as it travelled around the world and was added to in every place.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style: This style bases its abilities around the use of hollowed out weaponry, such as batons, staffs, tonfa etc. Users of this style will manipulate liquids in order to fill or drain their chosen weapon at will. This is the base of everything else that this style has to offer and is the focal point of all its branching abilities. The two main benefits of doing so are,
1. Increasing and Decreasing the weight of your held weapon.
2. Changing the pitch of the sound the weapon makes upon contact.

A weapon with high volumes of water inside will be heavier in weight and make lower pitched sounds upon connection with another object. A weapon with a lower volume of water would be a lighter weapon that would make a higher pitched sound upon contact. Increasing and decreasing the weight of your weapon would keep your opponent on edge, every strike would feel different, every swing would have a different level of momentum behind it and would react differently to being blocked. The opponent could never feel comfortable with what they are about to defend against, unknowing of what they were being hit by.

Changing the sound that the weapon makes on contact is beneficial when paired with sound chakra as it allows the chakra to react in different ways. By channelling a small amount of sound chakra to the point of impact when your empty weapon connects with an object the user would be able to produce a quick, high frequency sound wave which travels extremely quickly, causing whatever contacted the weapon to bounce off with great force.
A similar amount of sound chakra released upon impact whilst wielding a liquid filled weapon the user would cause a low frequency sound wave, a longer lasting, more spread wave that would cause the connecting object to vibrate profusely, possibly breaking its form apart or making an opponent lose his grip of a weapon. Huge impacts with this effect could conceivably break bones with the vibration, but this is only really achievable against those with enhanced strength and by shinobi capable of taking such a hit themselves. At no point does the user infuse their own weapon with sound chakra, in order to achieve these effects, the user will send sound chakra through the air and to the impact point of the weapon, the it will come into effect and gain the properties of the sound made. This ability of this CFS could be summarised easily as the user releasing sound chakra as they make contact with their held weapon in order to produce one of many different effects. These effects being dictated by the amount of liquid within the weapon at time of contact.

Filling the weapons can be done passively with water just through the moulding of suiton chakra, or with the active ability of a different liquid element. Weapons can also be made to have tiny holes in the sides or end that would allow the weapon to squirt or excrete whatever liquid is inside, this would again be done through the use of Capsule Bojutsu techniques.

Additional effects and Restrictions:
- Weapons used with this CFS are not chakra based weapon, and at no point use chakra to enhance or give them their abilities. Chakra is thread through holes in the weapon and creates liquids within the weapons shell, this is the same process when getting the water out, chakra enters the weapon and pushes the liquid outwards. Sound chakra is only ever present outside the weapons, ready to create chaos at impact point but never sitting in the weapons themselves.
- Using this styles base 'filling and draining' ability requires mastery of the Suiton element.
- Any use of sound alongside this fighting style would require full mastery of the Ototon element.
- The filling and draining of water from the weapons can only be used in conjunction with this CFS, it grants the user no ability to freely manipulate any water outside of their own weapons.


Kirigakure no Jutsu) - Hiding in Mist Technique
Type: Supplementary
Rank: D
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 10
Damage: N/A
Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.

Note: Can be created through releasing from mouth or manipulating a nearby water source.

Grants us access to corrosive mist, tranquilising mist, ninjutsu preventing mist… why this is helpful is very clear.
The fact that water comes in so many forms just increases the usefulness of this to being basically limitless.

(Mizu Bunshin) - Water Release: Water Clone
Type: Supplementary

Description: After performing the Tiger handseal the user creates a clone of themselves made of water. These water clones have 1/10th of the users chakra. These clones are also limited in that they can only travel short range from the user without losing control. When a water clone take enough damage they revert back to normal water.

Note: Can only perform up to C-rank Water Release techniques, and requires a water source.

I don’t know anyone that wouldn’t want a clone that can melt you on contact or make your organs fail or do any of those other nasty things that perfume does.

I also have a custom that creates a hidden water source underground, giving that water additional properties akin to perfume techs is again… amazing.

Since Lili did a great job covering the physical properties of perfume that we can attain through this technique, I feel it dumb to just repeat that so I’ll take a different approach to this and suggest some water techs that would benefit most from this… I’ll also try to be a little more creative than just ‘surround them in an orb of metlyness’… which is very effective and very viable, just less fun in this context. Please do not let me put you off surrounding someone in meltyness.

Firstly, my CFS absolutely adores you for this. Dont know if you know it but its synergy is immediately apparent.
Kapuseru bōjutsu] Capsule Bojutsu
Type:
Ninjutsu/Bojutsu

Background:
Capsule Bojutsu was developed by baton wielding shinobi of Kirigakure alongside those of Otogakure as a way to incorporate there natural affinity to liquid elements and sound based techniques. It was firstly developed as a way to confuse/disorientate enemies who would enter close quarters combat with the users of this style, although when picked up by the shinobi of otogakure, it was given more offensive, advantage-giving abilities when accompanied with their sound techniques. Over the years, the style has become what it is today, a perfect infusion of the many different ninjutsu that went into it's creation as it travelled around the world and was added to in every place.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style: This style bases its abilities around the use of hollowed out weaponry, such as batons, staffs, tonfa etc. Users of this style will manipulate liquids in order to fill or drain their chosen weapon at will. This is the base of everything else that this style has to offer and is the focal point of all its branching abilities. The two main benefits of doing so are,
1. Increasing and Decreasing the weight of your held weapon.
2. Changing the pitch of the sound the weapon makes upon contact.

A weapon with high volumes of water inside will be heavier in weight and make lower pitched sounds upon connection with another object. A weapon with a lower volume of water would be a lighter weapon that would make a higher pitched sound upon contact. Increasing and decreasing the weight of your weapon would keep your opponent on edge, every strike would feel different, every swing would have a different level of momentum behind it and would react differently to being blocked. The opponent could never feel comfortable with what they are about to defend against, unknowing of what they were being hit by.

Changing the sound that the weapon makes on contact is beneficial when paired with sound chakra as it allows the chakra to react in different ways. By channelling a small amount of sound chakra to the point of impact when your empty weapon connects with an object the user would be able to produce a quick, high frequency sound wave which travels extremely quickly, causing whatever contacted the weapon to bounce off with great force.
A similar amount of sound chakra released upon impact whilst wielding a liquid filled weapon the user would cause a low frequency sound wave, a longer lasting, more spread wave that would cause the connecting object to vibrate profusely, possibly breaking its form apart or making an opponent lose his grip of a weapon. Huge impacts with this effect could conceivably break bones with the vibration, but this is only really achievable against those with enhanced strength and by shinobi capable of taking such a hit themselves. At no point does the user infuse their own weapon with sound chakra, in order to achieve these effects, the user will send sound chakra through the air and to the impact point of the weapon, the it will come into effect and gain the properties of the sound made. This ability of this CFS could be summarised easily as the user releasing sound chakra as they make contact with their held weapon in order to produce one of many different effects. These effects being dictated by the amount of liquid within the weapon at time of contact.

Filling the weapons can be done passively with water just through the moulding of suiton chakra, or with the active ability of a different liquid element. Weapons can also be made to have tiny holes in the sides or end that would allow the weapon to squirt or excrete whatever liquid is inside, this would again be done through the use of Capsule Bojutsu techniques.

Additional effects and Restrictions:
- Weapons used with this CFS are not chakra based weapon, and at no point use chakra to enhance or give them their abilities. Chakra is thread through holes in the weapon and creates liquids within the weapons shell, this is the same process when getting the water out, chakra enters the weapon and pushes the liquid outwards. Sound chakra is only ever present outside the weapons, ready to create chaos at impact point but never sitting in the weapons themselves.
- Using this styles base 'filling and draining' ability requires mastery of the Suiton element.
- Any use of sound alongside this fighting style would require full mastery of the Ototon element.
- The filling and draining of water from the weapons can only be used in conjunction with this CFS, it grants the user no ability to freely manipulate any water outside of their own weapons.


Kirigakure no Jutsu) - Hiding in Mist Technique
Type: Supplementary
Rank: D
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 10
Damage: N/A
Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.

Note: Can be created through releasing from mouth or manipulating a nearby water source.

Grants us access to corrosive mist, tranquilising mist, ninjutsu preventing mist… why this is helpful is very clear.
The fact that water comes in so many forms just increases the usefulness of this to being basically limitless.

(Mizu Bunshin) - Water Release: Water Clone
Type: Supplementary
Rank: C
Range: Short
Chakra: 15
Damage: N/A
Description: After performing the Tiger handseal the user creates a clone of themselves made of water. These water clones have 1/10th of the users chakra. These clones are also limited in that they can only travel short range from the user without losing control. When a water clone take enough damage they revert back to normal water.

Note: Can only perform up to C-rank Water Release techniques, and requires a water source.

I don’t know anyone that wouldn’t want a clone that can melt you on contact or make your organs fail or do any of those other nasty things that perfume does.

I also have a custom that creates a hidden water source underground, giving that water additional properties akin to perfume techs is again… amazing.

Haha you have Lili to thanks for typing it out- I just came up with the idea! And yea its a very powerful technique with great application. And I see what you mean with your CFS, the synergy is real! Either way, you've learned it...now to wait on Lili to teach you anything else!
