[Theory] Perfect use of the Neutralizer

the issue with the Neutralizer is that is is slow to use. It requires one to clap the hands.

But one can only clap the hands so fast. It didn't work against the first two coffins because they were summoned before Hiruzen clapped his hands. It wouldn't work against super fast attacks like Amateratsu, Shinra Tensei etc.

There is a way around this.

Shadow Clones!!

Make a thousand of them.

Have each clap at a different timings.

Since there are so many of them, the end point of each clap flows continuously.

Therefore, it catches any and all jutsu.

Amateratsu? Somewhere among the thousand claps would time precisely to stop Amaterastu. There are so many claps happening at slightly different times this must be so.

How does one make a 1000 shadow clones. Well, Prime Hiruzen could.
