But if you're hinting that he NEEDS the Rinnegan for these jutsu.. I don't think it's enough evidence from what we know. Maybe the meteorite technique since it seems to resemble Nagato's jutsu but I believe his PS is an EMS jutsu. Madara used a regular Susano'o with his Rinnegan active, after all. Doesn't necessarily mean that he HAD to have it.

Madara stated before that Hashirama was the only person who can fight PS, so that means he had it before he awakened Rinnengan because when Madara fought Hashi he didn't have Rinnengan until he lost the fight. Therefore he never used Rinnengan will fighting Hashirama.

I agree there isn't enough evidence to poInt tht those are rinnigan techs but at same time all the evidence (from what we've seen) poInts to it I mean sharigan techs uses the sharigan and we've seen madara switch his eyes to uses rinnigan to sharigan vise versa but when he used those jutsu he used rinnigan so I'm thinking yeah there rinnigan techs lml
