perfect susanoo

What do you think about perfect susanoo is it stronger thn any tail beast or equal? And can it do jutsu?

There are alot of threads on perfect susanoo.. But it is par to a bijuu.. But whether it is a weak one like Shikaku or strong like Kuruma.. We have no idea.. and i think it just has that sword and maybe a sheild
