Low leveled? A Mountain Range level + CT didn't crush a target that has nowhere near Mountain level durability, thus CT isn't exerting it's force onto the objects inside.
I'll say it again, just because the CBT can attract a mountain
doesn't mean it can crush anything without mountain level durability. The attractive force can crush rocks, however that's simply not enough to crush what it wasn't able to, stop saying that it is.

There is no other energy besides its own energy, which is Mountain Range Level + due to its size.
It's not mountain range level, it can attract a mountain range, nothing says that's the same amount of force you need to destroy a mountain range though.
We know how much energy was in the CT, yet the object in the center wasn't crushed, thus it doesn't put energy on the objects inside.
Or, another likely answer is that the CBT which attracted those rocks simply didn't have enough attractive power/gravity to crush it's target. Since the object has more of a damage resistance than the rocks being attracted then my answer is viable.
You can't say it's not enough, when we know how much energy is in the CT, yet it still didn't work. There is no other value, no number or any other amount of energy.
The energy it takes to attract rocks is lower than what it takes to crush a human, therefore just because a mountain range or whatever you want to call it was attracted doesn't mean that it had the same amount of force to crush it's target. I know there isn't another value, it's all coming from the core.
By the time it was destroyed, it was already large enough to dwarf them, which should be enough to completely crush them, but obviously it wasn't going to.
It was much smaller than the one that nagato used on KN6 which didn't have enough energy to crush him, therefore the one that was used on KCM naruto wouldn't have either.
Attraction isn't going to crush someone. That doesn't even begin to make sense. What does the crushing the force the rocks would put on the inside target. (except there is none put there)
Attraction is just another way for me to say gravitational force, so yes it can crush someone. What does the crushing is the energy it takes to create the jutsu in the first place, since it all comes from the same place. Yes what you suggest is possible but only if the energy created by the core isn't already enough to crush it's target, if it is then what you're saying isn't necessary.
In what universe does the same force that pulls things in, crush things as well? Attractive force doesn't crush nor does it do the crushing, the crushing is done by the force of the rocks on the target, which is nonexistent.
Since we have no examples of what high-levels of gravity can do to someone then I have no reason to believe that it works differently than in our universe, meaning that with enough energy the gravity/attractive force can crush. There can't be no energy because then the rocks wouldn't be getting attracted in the first place, since they are it proves that gravity is a thing, & too much of it by itself will crush you.
The type of crushing you're describing would only occur if the jutsu didn't have enough gravitational force to crush it's target first, but since we have no idea of the amount of gravitational force used on the moon then we can't compare it.
Attractive force attracts, the rubble is pulled up and that's it for the attractive force. So no, its not the same thing, not at all.
Attractive force = gravity, & yes it is the same thing. The attractive force pulls up & keeps the rocks stuck there, that same level of force is what keeps it's target stuck to it, nothing is telling me otherwise, just because KN6 didn't get crushed doesn't mean that all CBTs don't have enough energy to crush or that the rocks are the only things that can do the crushing.
Sasuke being hit into a statue and making a crater probably not even an inch deep, doesn't translate to him being more durable than the rock that statue is made of. That doesn't even compare Sasuke's durability to the rock.
Yes it does... his body was hard enough to destroy a rock & remain intact, therefore it takes more force to do what happened to that rock than to his body.
The rock fell on Obito's body, and it was intact while Obito lost half his body. Obito surviving a rock doesn't make him more durable than said rock. Should be obvious..
Missed my point, obito shouldn't have a face if the rock is as strong as we believe it is, the fact that he survived shows us that rocks, even big ones aren't that strong.
I'm going to pray that you aren't insinuating that Onoki is more durable than the Meteor. That Meteor broke apart because it had the force of an equivalent sized Meteor hitting it from the back, combined with the fact it crashed into the ground. Not because it slammed into Onoki.
No I'm not, I'm insinuating that even a rock the size of a meteor failed to crush him, not that he's more durable. So again it makes us question the level of strength behind all rocks compared to humans. Any normal human should've been liquid if hit with a rock of that size, yet onoki's body is fine as far as staying intact goes meaning rocks aren't as strong as we believe they are.
As for Kakashi, a repulsive force isn't going to do anything to you unless you crash into something first. He was shot up in the air, and the rock behind him was cracked. Once again not proof he's more durable, unless you want to say he can take a Raikiri just like that rock wall did.
That's not my point, the force alone crushed the rocks behind deva yet kakashi's body remained intact, this is literally a direct comparison between the strength of rocks & humans. The rock broke, kakashi's body didn't.
The raikiri still penetrated the rock, that was a piercing jutsu & it did it's job [pierced it's target]. That rock was still weaker than kakashi's body if he can survive a ST & the wall can't.
Attractive force pulls, it does NOT crush. It didn't crush any of those rocks, ever. It only broke them apart and pulled them up. Attractive forces isn't what does the crushing, it does the pulling.
Attractive force both crushes & pulls, if that wasn't the case then the rocks being attracted would all be loose boulders, since it can't crush the landscape to create the rocks in the first place.
BT Pulls, CBT crushes rocks & pulls the remnants up simultaneously. Gravity crushes when there's too much of it & pulls when there's too little, that's what it does. Too much gravitational force/attractive force or whatever you want to call it

Okay & so you believe that because it pulled things up at the same rate as the other CBT that means it has the same attractive power? But It pulled up more, meaning it crushed more, that's just how gravity works.
The Moon has a stronger gravitational force pulling things toward it, not a stronger one keeping it together. The gravitational force, or whatever, that keeps the CT together, isn't related to the gravitational force it creates. (Which is due to its size and location)
The moon has an orbit, the lesser CBTs don't. That indicates a stronger gravitational force. Also why would the force be different? The stronger the gravity the more likely the object would be to stick together. There's the possibility that in order to create a CBT that would maintain itself the attractive power needed to be so powerful that it created a moon sized object as a result. This possibility is much more likely than saying the attractive force is different from it's creation to when it maintains itself.
It's the same force, I don't see why it would be different.

It is inside the CT, it is being crushed by all those rocks from what we can tell, yet nothing happens.
Because A] The attractive force wasn't strong enough & B] KN6 is more durable than rocks.
Nothing happens to KN6 despite being inside something that should be exerting Mountain Range Level energy on it, thus you either say KN6 has Mountain Range durability (Obviously not) or you go with the obvious fact that CT exerts NO energy on the objects inside.

Its not the CT failing to exert enough energy, unless you want to say that Mountain Range Level energy (Which is what Nagato's CT contain) isn't enough to crush something that isn't even as durable as a Mountain.

Not really. Because the comparison shows amount is irrelevant. No energy is put on the object in the center, thus the differing strengths are not relevant.
This is merely based on what we know from lower leveled CBTs that may not have had enough power to crush their targets in the first place.
Uh, no. The attractive force on its own does no crushing. Combine it with the rocks, and it does the crushing. More rocks, the greater the energy output is.
This applies to the weaker CBTs, we have no idea how powerful the moon's attractive force/gravity is & so we can't make this same comparison.
If the attractive power was all the destructive power CT had, then if you aren't affected by the moment you are hit with the force then it will not do any damage to you, ever.
Hence why the lower leveled ones are only used for trapping purposes. The attractive force merely keeps you stuck there during a lower leveled version of the jutsu, but with a higher leveled jutsu & higher levels of gravity you can't possibly expect the same result.
The attractive force of all these CT we have seen is no different. The only difference is the amount of rock.
