He didn't have phasing, not teleporting. Although it's still retarded. I swear I read that it was due to the Juubi being too heavy, but don't quote me on that. I can hardly remember.

-EMS Madara would already tank Flash BD with little damage. Not to mention Gudo Dama negates it.

OT: Long story short, Godoudama PS Madara tanks everything with variable level of damage except TBBFRS+UBBFRS and Indra's Arrow, and would die if it weren't for his immortality.

How does that change the TSB being not that big of a defense boost, unless you're talking about non-Senjutsu attacks. EMS Madara's PS >>> TSB shield in durability. JJ Madara's is leagues above. Thus, I don't see how such an inferior defense could add to Madara's PS tanking ability, assuming the attacks in question have Senjutsu in them, of course. Otherwise it's great for negation.

The Quad Juubidama were full of Nature Energy - that's not the same as Senjutsu, which is needed to prevent negation.
