Perfect Susanoo requires Rinnegan?

Hey, i read the 2 lattest mangas and i have a question.
First Madara watches the Kages fight his doubles with activated, "normal" susanoo. Then he can caught A with a EMS Genjutsu(EMS activated).
But when he reveales the perfect Susanoo, he got Rinnegan activated.

So, does perfect Susanoo require that an Uchiha has "upgraded" his MS to Rinnegan? This could explain why none other Uchiha did use perfect Susanoo, just the normal form like Sasuke's/Itachi's, because non other Uchiha (as we know) could activate Rinnegan.

no it doesnt. a mokuton clone put A in the genjutsu. the real madara was on a rock watching the fight with his rinnegan already activated. in the most recent chapter it is known that hashirama fought perfect susano.

We don't know if hashirama ahd to fight perfect Susanoo, we sadly don't know anything about that fight

perfect or not, SUSANOO requires only EMS or MS...not Rinnegan...
