Perfect Susano'o with Yata Mirror. Now that would be truly unstoppable.

Perfect Susanoo. As stated it can "destroy creation" further imposing it can pretty much slice anything. Even if the Yata mirror could subsequently block a swing from it, the remaining force from the swing will leave Itachi's Susanoo in shambles.

The defense of the Yata Mirror trumps the defense of the PS, but the PS is more useful, considering the fact that it can be used offensively.

PS, even if you block the attack, the sword will destroy the foundation on which you stand, PS also has superb defense as it tanked a super powered dust release attack.

Perfect Susanoo because not only is it enormous and is likely to kill anyone who is a threat but it also elevates the user to it's head keeping him/her safe from harm.

P susanoo has this, yea the yata mirror can take anything stated by manga but we saw madara destroy a whole mountain in 1 slash. It might block it but itachi along with his susanoo would go flying from the force of susanoo swing of the sword

People keep forgetting that the Yata Mirror doesn't just block - it nullifies any attack. Kirin had the force strong enough to destroy a mountain too, the battleground where Sasuke and Itachi fought, but the shockwaves or "force" didn't affect Itachi (because if it did, his bones should have been shattered and all that. You know, imagine being on the ground floor of a collapsing building.).
