Perfect Susanoo isn't the only new EMS technique.

page and assumed that the EMS grants at best one new technique (see mangahere) or possibly even nothing at all, other than a new design (see narutobase). So I got a hold of the VIZ translation to see what's really up with what Itachi said, and it says this:​

"Distinctly new ocular Jutsu were born from those eyes."

First off, it's plural, so Perfect Susanoo can't be the only new technique the EMS gives. Second, Itachi says "distinctly new" when referring to them, suggesting that they're something completely new from what we're used to seeing with Itachi's and Sasuke's MS. I'm fairly certain that Perfect Susanoo isn't anything too different or new from regular Susanoo, as it looks

Susanoo before being stabilized. Also, it's not Sasuke's Enton Magatama because his

has it. So from this we can take that the EMS possibly grants a whole new set of techniques, sort of like an Amaterasu + Tsukuyomi duo or Kamui + Jikukan Ido. Hopefully Kishi will show us some new EMS techniques through Sasuke, because he gimped on Madara's EMS showing (Susanoo, Susanoo everywhere!).​

Hmmm, maybe. But it says "another change occured" as if it happened as Madara awakened the EMS. I doubt he just immediately got the Rinnegan too.

Ive always assumed renningan. Thats what the statue is pointing to and this is one of the steps madara took to get his renningan. Im curious as to where Nagato got his reningan because if it wasnt Madara's then who else awakened it?
