PS is twice the size of Kurama on its knees

Kurama being on two legs would not double its size

First of all PS isnt twice the size of complete susano. Onoki's jinton reached the waist of complete susano. It's around the same area on perfect susano. It just seems a lot smaller because of the angle of the shot.

The Complete susanoo in the shot with the kyuubi didn't have a waist while the one with the 5 kages did
