The concept stems from one main point. Madara didn't specifically mention a bijuu but referred to them as a collective group. Now as we know the bijuu all have different traits and abilities, but they share one as a collective group - tbb. There is no denying that tbb is incredibly distructive and it's because that is the sole shared group trait tha peoe infer that madara was basically saying PS = TBB.

The reason for the naruto > ps is from naruto equalling multiple tbb with his own. So really the logic behind it isn't really flawed at all and IMO actually makes sense.

I don't know why, but some people seem to believe that Madara's Perfect Susanoo is equal to one Bijuu, then go on to say Kyuubi>Perfect Susanoo, solely based on the misconception that PS=1 Bijuu.

Madara never stated which Bijuu, and he never stated the number of Bijuu, he said the Bijuu, referring to them as the group of beings called the Bijuu.

And he was talking about his PS's destructive power rivaling the Bijuu's, not its overall strength, so to claim Kyuubi>PS based solely on Madara's words is retarded.

The fact he referred to them as a group. then went on to mention PS's destructive power, then went on to say it rivals the Bijuu shows that he was referring to the destructive power that the Bijuu have not their overall power.

All Kages can handle one bijuu
But full 9 Tails vs PS is plausible who would win
