Okay, it is ridiculously OP and is powerful enough to basically kill all 5 kages.
I'm not positive if this is disproved somewhere, but Madara after fighting Hashirama had to be hooked up to the Gedo. I think the reason he had to stay attached to him was because using the Perfect Susano should have been like the Death God seal and killed him. (Not take his soul or anything but it is just as OP and it would make sense that after using it you would die).
My theory is that Perfect Susano depletes the users life force after being activated. If Naruto and Sasuke are really both going to die in the end, this is probably why Sasuke dies.
Perfect Sasuno is a Kamikaze attack that will definitely kill the opponent. Madara being edo= no concern for using it.
