Perfect sage mode and rinnegan?

Sorry, This may sound stupid, But would perfect sage mode increase the rinnegans/ems abilities?(Like increase the deva paths destructive power, or PS getting a better defense,offensive power?). I know sage mode increase your taijutsu,Genjutsu,etc power but idk if it would make Dojutsu abilities stronger. :shrug:
