You have no proof supporting your statement that anyone from outside can have any affect on inside Naruto . Sasuke just surpassed Kyuubi's chakra which was leaking . Like hashirama's locket or Yamato's mokton does .

Because even if they casted their Genjutsu on Bee or Naruto, Kakashi and Gai could be there to break them out of it.

Not just Naruto and Bee . They could put Kakashi and Gai under genjutsu too . Since they have no trouble putting putting both jinjuriky and bijuu inside mind realm , they should not have problem using genjutsu on extra one .

What about the jinjuriki . And if you are telling that he put both of them under genjutsu , then why obito and madara didn't do it against Naruto , Bee , Kakashi and Gai . If obito can manage one bijuu (which is in the mind realm ) and a kage level shinobi . I think both Madara and Obito could manage it . And what about Bee's statement . The only explanation is Yagura was not a perfect jinjuriky like Naruto and Bee . He could just controll bijuu like Madara or Hashirama (with force or some other technique).

Then explain how Naruto, even when having control of Kurama Chakra, couldn't even transform into Kyuubi Chakra mode without Kurama's cooperation? Having the Bijuu's cooperation is an enormous powerup! Instead of him draining your Chakra while you use his, he instead adds to your Chakra, to bring one example of a direct benefit of a Bijuu's cooperation. Besides, the Sanbi was probably much like Kurama at the time, not really giving a damn as long as he got to smash shit up(and consequently come one step closer to freedom in his mind), thus not really giving a damn if Yagura(by all rights, just another person stealing his power and imprisoning him) got controlled by another *******.
