Well he would use KA on Naruto or Bee not on their beasts who would quickly find out that their hosts are under genjutsu thus dispelling it immediately. Only the person affected by KA doesn't realize he is under genjutsu.
A question for the ages.
The genjustu itself works by having the opponent have no clue there being put under a genjustu in the first place.
The genjustu has subtlety which is the key factor.So i will go out on a limb as say it would work.
Or the fact it is praised as the genjustu of the most powerful caliber has no meaning.
