Its possible that the fourths seeming to have mastered the kyuubi was Tobi's doing? Just a thought!

I think at this point Genjutsu on Naruto is only possible if NON-Sense no jutsu is used since he has SM which should get him some invulnerability couple that with Kurama's influence.... it make this one a long shot!!!

I think Yondaime had control over hit Biju,no question about it. Gaara also had control over his Biju but he was not a perfect Jinchuuriki.
Basically, I will say that Madara managed to use Genjutsu to capture Sanbi's host,Yondaime, maybe because they were not companions.

As it all stands,there is no evidence to support the idea that a Perfect Jinchuuriki could be caught by Genjutsu of any Calibur.
