Perfect Jinchuriki like Bijuu mode Naruto are the nightmare for Uchihas. Jinchuriki have perfect counter to most of Uchiha jutsu
Counter to genjutsu- Being a perfect Jinchuriki means the bijuu can break the host out of genjutsu if the host gets caught, through collaboration.
Counter to ninjutsu
Amaterasu- Bijuu chakra cloak should be able to repel the flame of amaterasu. Or the jinchuriki can simply dodge it
Yasaka Magatama- Evasion
Susanoo- Tailed Beast Bomb will take care of any Susanoo except perfect
Susanoo arrow/bow- Evasion
Fuuton- Can simply tank any fuuton attack, or evade easily
Counter to Taijutsu- A perfect jinchuriki is much faster than most uchiha. The host is able to use full power from the bijuu, so jinchuriki can evade all of Uchiha taijutsu attacks. Uchiha will have hard time dodging fast and powerful punches from Perfect Jinchurikis even with their sharingan
With their superior physical strength, stamina, speed, destructive attacks and genjutsu immunity, any Perfect Jinchuriki should be able to destroy an Uchiha in battle apart from the ones who got powers from sage family
1-The reason why the Tsukuyomi is so OP is that it can manipulate the victim's perception of time. The bijuu stops the genjutsu by making sure that chakra flow becomes normal. Which MIGHT take a few seconds or milliseconds. It won't happen instantly. A Tsukuyomi would deal catastrophic damage in that much time. Also, as seen in Naruto, Sai, Sakura, Yamato vs Sasuke and when Kisame discovers that Obito has been controlling 4th Mizukage (Yagura, who was a perfect jin of Isobu, the Three tails) with a Sharingan, the normal sharingan can control the tailed beast itself, forcing it to retreat back into the seal. The PJ are not immune to Genjutsu. B also got hit by a MS genjutsu while fighting Sasuke. Once again, the PJ are not immune to genjutsu.
2-A-Which is why Naruto told B (Who was in chakra cloak) that if you get hit by Tsukuyomi or Amaterasu, you're dead (During Naruto,B,Itachi vs Nagato fight) and why B suffered damage from Amaterasu (B vs Taka).
Note: For those who didn't realize, I meant it sarcastically and not literally.

2-C-You never know.... Either they might fail against normal Susano'o or they might be strong enough to destroy PS.You just cannot tell as of yet. And to the TBB, I will say one word 'Evasion'. Kakashi and obito could simply Kamui all their problems away.
2-D-You might be right. But they are quite fast, so the Jinchuuriki might be hit.
2-E-Fuuton? I think you mean Katon. So I'll assume that. The jinchuuriki cloak or the Complete transformation is not invincible to ninjutsu. Every element can deal damage.
3- At this point, I have a doubt. By Uchiha, do you mean normal uchiha clan members or the elite uchihas like Madara, Itachi, Sasuke, etc. For normal uchiha, yes perfect jinchuuriki win neg. diff. Elite Uchiha, however, have the Susano'o or Perfect Susano'o which is very strong defensively. Itachi can use Yata mirror. Madara has a totally OP PS. His Normal Susano'o tanked a lot of attacks from Tsunade and A. A perfect Susano'o being stronger could logically tank a lot of( if not all) Taijutsu. Sasuke can fly in his Susano'o. In which case only Chomei and current Naruto would be able to even get close enough to attack with Taijutsu. Sasuke has a PS so even he, like Madara, should be able to tank the attacks (Taijutsu) of Fuu or Naruto. I'm not counting the Rinnegan in their skill set as that is not an Uchiha power. Sasuke and Madara have a straight tomoe sharingan which gives them a higher ability to see and track. Their EMS might be able to track PJ's (Perfect Jinchuurikis not Pajamas). Obito and Kakashi still suck though.
Note: Sasuke's PS looks like a mixture of Indra's and his own. Therefore his current Susano'o would still be able to fly without the Rinnegan as it comes from Indra's chakra and not from the rinnegan.
Concl.- They will win 99.99% of the time as most uchiha clan members are fodder like any other clan. But when facing Madara, Sasuke and Itachi, they would probably win against the Jinchuuriki. Kakashi and Obito MIGHT deal major damage, but will most likely lose.
Without sage powers to any of the combatants, the EU(Elite Uchiha not the European Union) would win against the Jinchuuriki, but it would be a tough and interesting fight indeed. Sasuke won't fly so all the jinchuuriki could use Taijutsu, but, you know, PS and all could probably tank. Everyone else would remain the same as they don't have sage powers.
